Day One
Did the usual, gardening, groceries - today was a bit mad with lots of others shopping for the New Year, it was hell just to get a trolly. Thankfully the cash register line was not too bad.
Had coffee at Laurent at Portsdown, the chocolate tart served with a dash of raspberry coulis (or sauce) gave it the right balance- best chocolate tart easily. Seems they use Valrohna. Bought some choc for later as well, all dark ,my favourite, with whiskey, earl grey, plain dark and yasu flavours. Can't wait.
